Hola Everyone!
Okay, I have a lot to say and only 20 minutes to say it! First of all, I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Thank you so much for your emails and your love. I definitely feel it so much out here.
So I flew to Peru on Tuesday, as you know! There were about 20 other missionaries flying out too, so it was really good! We arrived in Peru around midnight and didn't get to the CCM (spanish for MTC) until like 2 or 3 in the morning! It was crazy! That was when we got our companions and everything too. My companion´s name is Hermana Joyner and she's from Georgia. She's really nice!
So Wednesday was really long and exhausting and we just got our supplies and a tour around the CCM, which didn't take very long because it's pretty small! The first few days were really overwhelming for me. When we were in our first language class, I cried (of course!) because I didn't understand anything. But I've learned so much since then and I'm excited to learn more! After that, I started feeling a lot better and now I'm getting the hang of things! My teachers are really nice.
The food is pretty good! There's a lot of rice!!! haha but I'm getting the hang of it.
I'm sorry this is so short, but the computer lady just told us we only have 3 minutes left, even though we really have 10... So hopefully I can write more about what I do every day next week!
